Street Legal encourages users to review the privacy practices of those third parties when interacting with their services.
3. DEFINITIONS
3.1 Personal Information
“Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with an identified or reasonably identifiable individual, to the extent defined by applicable law.

9. LEGAL AND BUSINESS BASES FOR PROCESSING
Unlike certain comprehensive privacy regimes outside the United States, U.S. federal law generally does not require a single universal consent model for every processing activity. Street Legal may process Personal Information when reasonably necessary to perform a transaction or provide requested services, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate business interests, prevent fraud or security threats, or where the individual has provided consent when consent is required or appropriate.
Where applicable law requires consent, opt-in, opt-out, or another specific legal basis, Street Legal will follow the applicable requirement.

11. SHOPIFY AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
Street Legal uses Shopify to power and operate its online store. When individuals visit, browse, make a purchase from, or otherwise interact with our online store, Shopify may collect and process Personal Information in connection with providing its e-commerce platform and related services to Street Legal. This may include information about website and shopping activity, device and browser information, transaction information, and other information necessary to provide, secure, personalize, analyze, and improve Shopify’s services and our online store.
Shopify may process Personal Information on our behalf and, depending on the services and features enabled by Street Legal, may also process certain information for its own purposes in accordance with Shopify’s applicable privacy notices. Individuals may review Shopify’s privacy practices through Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy.
Street Legal also uses other third-party providers to support payment processing, shipping, analytics, advertising, communications, security, customer service, and other business operations. These providers may process Personal Information according to their own privacy policies and contractual obligations. Street Legal seeks to use reputable providers and to impose reasonable privacy and security obligations appropriate to the services provided.
Street Legal does not control the independent privacy practices of third parties. Individuals should review applicable third-party privacy notices when interacting directly with those providers.
12. COOKIES, ANALYTICS AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
Our website may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand usage, measure performance, prevent fraud, and support advertising or analytics.
Depending on the technologies deployed, individuals may be able to control certain cookies through browser settings, website controls, device settings, or third-party opt-out mechanisms. Disabling certain technologies may affect website functionality.

Where applicable law provides a right to opt out of such processing, Street Legal will provide or honor the required mechanism. Individuals may also contact us using the information in Section 4.
14. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Street Legal may send transactional, service-related, and promotional communications by email, SMS/text message, telephone, postal mail, or other lawful channels.
Transactional communications may continue where necessary to complete a transaction, provide a requested service, administer an account, or otherwise communicate regarding an existing business relationship.
For commercial email, Street Legal will comply with applicable federal requirements, including the CAN-SPAM Act. Commercial emails will include appropriate identification and an opt-out mechanism. Opting out of promotional communications does not necessarily stop transactional or legally required communications.
Text-message marketing may be subject to additional federal and state requirements, including consent and opt-out rules. Street Legal will apply applicable requirements to SMS programs it operates.
15. PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment information may be collected and processed to complete purchases and other transactions. Street Legal may use third-party payment processors and may not retain full payment-card numbers or security codes after a transaction except where lawfully and securely required.
Individuals should not submit payment-card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or unsecured communications unless specifically instructed through an approved secure process.
16. EMPLOYEES, APPLICANTS, CONTRACTORS, AND BUSINESS CONTACTS
Street Legal may process Personal Information relating to employees, job applicants, contractors, consultants, vendors, suppliers, and business contacts for recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, administration, contracting, credentialing, security, compliance, performance, communications, and other employment or business purposes.
Certain information may be governed by separate notices, employment agreements, contracts, or legal requirements. Where a separate notice applies, that notice controls to the extent of any conflict.

Street Legal is located in the United States. Personal Information may be processed, stored, or accessed in the United States and other countries where Street Legal or its service providers operate.
Where applicable law imposes requirements on international transfers, Street Legal will use reasonable contractual, organizational, or other appropriate safeguards and will provide any required notices or mechanisms.
18. DATA RETENTION
Street Legal retains Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, complete transactions, maintaining business records, satisfying legal and tax obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud, maintaining security, and complying with regulatory requirements.
Retention periods vary according to the type of information and the purpose for which it is processed. When information is no longer reasonably required, Street Legal seeks to delete, anonymize, aggregate, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
19. INFORMATION SECURITY
Street Legal maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction. Safeguards may include access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, vendor oversight, secure transmission, monitoring, backups, employee awareness, and incident-response procedures.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Accordingly, Street Legal cannot guarantee absolute security of Personal Information.
Street Legal follows a risk-based approach to information security and seeks to collect and retain only information reasonably needed for legitimate purposes.
20. SECURITY INCIDENTS AND DATA BREACHES
Street Legal takes reasonable measures to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. If Street Legal becomes aware of a security incident involving Personal Information, we will take reasonable steps to investigate and respond to the incident and to mitigate any potential harm, as appropriate.
If a security incident constitutes a breach requiring notification under applicable law, Street Legal will provide notice to affected individuals, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties as required by applicable law, including the Florida Information Protection Act, Fla. Stat. § 501.171, where applicable.
Nothing in this Policy limits Street Legal's obligations under applicable data breach notification or information security laws.

Depending on the individual's state of residence, the nature of the relationship with Street Legal, and applicable legal thresholds, individuals may have rights concerning their Personal Information.

A request should reasonably identify the individual and describe the request. Street Legal may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and protect against fraudulent requests. Verification requirements will be proportionate to the sensitivity of the information and the nature of the request.
If an individual uses an authorized agent where permitted by applicable law, Street Legal may require reasonable proof of authorization and may independently verify the identity of the individual.
23. RESPONSE TO PRIVACY REQUESTS
Street Legal will respond to verified privacy requests within the time period required by applicable law. For example, where the Florida Digital Bill of Rights applies, applicable statutory response procedures and timelines will govern.
Street Legal may deny or limit a request when permitted or required by law, including where disclosure would adversely affect the rights of another person, compromise security, interfere with fraud prevention, violate a legal obligation, or fall within a statutory exception.
24. APPEALS
Where applicable law provides a right to appeal a decision concerning a privacy request, Street Legal will provide an appropriate process and response within the period required by law.
If a privacy concern cannot be resolved directly with Street Legal, individuals may have the right to contact the applicable state attorney general or other regulatory authority, depending on the individual's jurisdiction and the nature of the complaint.
25. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our website and services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. Street Legal does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 in a manner that violates the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).
If Street Legal learns that it has collected Personal Information from a child in circumstances requiring parental consent and without appropriate consent, it will take reasonable steps to delete the information as required by applicable law.

27. DO NOT TRACK AND GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL
Some browsers and devices provide privacy preference signals. Where required by applicable law, Street Legal will process legally recognized universal opt-out mechanisms, including Global Privacy Control, according to the applicable legal requirements and the nature of the relevant processing.
Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not necessarily interpreted uniformly across technologies. Street Legal will implement legally required signals and controls as applicable.
28. DEIDENTIFIED, AGGREGATED, AND ANONYMIZED INFORMATION
Street Legal may create aggregated, statistical, deidentified, or anonymized information from Personal Information where permitted by law. Such information may be used for analytics, operational improvement, research, security, reporting, product development, and other lawful purposes.

The applicability of a particular law depends on the Company's activities, the type of information processed, the individual involved, statutory thresholds, exemptions, and the jurisdiction in question. Nothing in this Policy creates rights beyond those provided by applicable law.
32. EFFECTIVE DATE
This Privacy Policy is effective as of September 1, 2026, and supersedes prior public privacy notices to the extent of any inconsistency, unless otherwise stated.
