Satisfaction Guarantee with Replacement
We offer a replacement at no cost to the customer in the following cases:

Product damaged during shipping

Manufacturing defect

Verified order error (incorrect item shipped)

Package lost in transit (as confirmed by the carrier)
Case-by-Case Evaluation
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair and accurate resolution.
If it is determined that the issue was caused by our error, or that the package was lost or damaged in transit, we will provide a hassle-free replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
Delivered but Not Received
If a shipment is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but the customer reports it was not received, we will:

Open an investigation with the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS)

Work directly with the carrier to determine the outcome

Keep the customer informed throughout the process
Any resolution will be based on the carrier’s investigation results.
No Return Required
In compliance with HAZMAT regulations, customers are not required to return the product in order to receive a replacement when applicable.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped using UPS Ground service. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options such as Next Day Air or other express services.
Street Legal Products operates on Eastern Time (EST), based in Florida, United States.
Orders placed on business days before 2:00 PM (EST – Florida Time) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) or outside business days will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier conditions. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier (UPS), and Street Legal Products is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
